- Headset is compatible with phone, it has good clarity and range, but after it arrived, I found you had to have an additional device in order to answer call from the headset. It is not stated anywhere except in the user manual for the headset.
- The latest update to Windows 10 causes this device to become non-functional. Error message \"Unrecognized USB Device\". Same issue with Windows 11. We have several of these headsets and can no longer use the devices with Windows. Sangoma offers no updated drivers.
